Is Putin winning?

The Ruble is at record highs and Putin is having no problem selling his oil as India and China stab the Ukraine in the back.  Conversely, inflation in the west is skyrocketing as recession fears increase.   Another failure by the democracies?

I would say the war is a disaster and US/EU sanctions are toothless. So financially maybe not the impact Biden and team hoped for.
