The Quote,"Crude oil prices MAY drop to $65 a barrel this year IF a recession strikes in the second half, analysts at Citi said. They would fall further to $45 a barrel by the end of 2023 IF oil-exporting countries don't intervene to reduce supply."...................Using  non committal words like MAY, Could, If, are terms used in shorters smoke screens...I expect better from Citi..
