Red, just my thoughts it's like NOPEC (all talk) Export Ban (all talk) etc. etc. They know a price cap would rocket prices...(all talk) Russia is getting ahead of the curve warning them they will just cut production The question is does Joe and the Greenies still do it....who knows.
