.....due to reach 8 billion during the 24 hours of November 15 2022 to , November 16 2022... that's 12 years after the planet reached 7 billion...

But, narrative pushers will tell you in a recession those additional people will have zero impact Oh wait is a recession a contraction or growth at a slower rate? How many actual contractions in history? Narrative pushers won't talk about that... So for now you need increased oil production

That should be the real discussion over population and lack of resources. Whether it is oil, gas or even drinking water. We have too many people.

The elephant in the room is that the population growth seems to be centered in areas of the world that can least afford it (i.e. Egypt, Nigeria...) or those that are already overpopulated (China, India...).

 Sure thats true but those people will also need food, water, energy etc. Canada grows by 1000/day and the USA by 7000/day. It is highly improbable that we can keep getting more effiecient enough to offset this growth. It is why I actually believe that governments are searching for other energy sources under the guise of climate change. Fossil fuels are a finite resource and someday will be ...more
