Averaging 11.9M b/d in 2022 is laughable.

Same as the 12.7M b/d for 2023 average. That said this helps us. I look forward to 2023.  If they communicate supply is up that much next year no one is going to be screaming about a 2023 shortage tonight on TV LOL. We can wait until next year to tell everyone.
