Adding shares and debt. The bump in the dividend is a pittance. TVE is now a lonnnnnng term play. No thanks. My opinion only.

So Deltastream gets bought out for 1.425 Billion, does anybody know how big they are, what production they have , land owned etc....How do they compare to BTE Clearwater? Is this good for BTE or bad?

Do the math bro. If tve paid 1.43 Billion for their little piece of pie, what's bte worth? A bazillion.

DeltaStream is a private company. Does anyone know their production volume? Land positions?

BTE'S market cap should be over 6 Billion minimum with TVE,WCP recent acquisitions IMOP.

So I think we are at about 18,000 boe and have about 560 sections. Anybody know how many sections deltastream has?

So we have triple the land but a little less production. I am assuming they are right up to date on production at deltastream where our numbers are end of Q2. This might make our clearwater in the 4 Billion range and maybe even a whole lot more as drilling results show we have better land. I think this is very good!

IMO Individual well production is more important than total production. Tripple the land with higher outup wells is a huge positive for BTE. As Maxmoe mentioned I am surprised that it wasn't CNQ doing most of the Clearwater aquiring.

If my numbers are anywhere near correct then BTE sp is way too low. If they sold at 4B that would work out to over 7/share. Or if they sold for 4B , paid all debt the share price would be over 5/share. JUST for clearwater. Are my numbers right? Red?

I would add they are FLUSH WITH CASH like they've never been before. So many companies ripe for the pickin. Bte for Clearwater and Ath for tax losses and 100 year reserves.

And Strathcona recently bought Serafina (private). 2.3 Billion for just under 40,000 barrels.
