The key question ... Why Deltastream sell it's position ?
1) Good price fore them, too much public oil producers around them ?
2) Can beat best wells (boe/d) of Peavine area in the west Clearwater ?
Where the pink color is !!!

At the end, Clearwater is now well know by the North america financial market !!!

ARC Financial is really the owner at 85%.  I'm sure they made a huge huge profit on their investment and will invest that in another play.  Deal is good for everyone.   Lots of synergies for TVE in equipment, roads, workers etc. which will help lower production costs even further.

well Red, Delta stream was privately held. It sold for 1.4 billion. If you owned even 1% of it, that's good for 14 million. I expect a few people are walking away with 100+M. That's a pretty good reason to sell imo :)
