16,000 bpd is a lot but you really need to look into reserves and whether or not if they can be expanded on production, I don't have those numbers because the company that TVE bought is private so you'll have to dig for that info. Anytime an acquisition is done there's always a risk of everything going smooth at first and you can be sure that the firms have already crunched the numbers
