Well I am not surprised.  after all, the Fed has sad this many times that they wanted a "weaker stock market".  I hope they know what they are doing...

Not necessarily , I was reading yesterday that online shopping is down but in person shopping is up . More people want to actually see the item before buying it now which still bodes well for the economy and demand

HO89, anecdotal but. Yesterday I bought a Marcy NS-716 recumbent bike at a CTC store in New Glasgow NS. The list price on Amazon today is $351, CTC price yesterday was $299. I asked for a discount and was given a 10% employee one. I got the bike for $269 plus HST. If I don't like it I can take it back within 30 days no questions asked. Buying online is not always the best way to go. Long live ...more

As evrybody can see, today oil is green but the s of oil companies is down across the board. Regardless of what the oil price, if a company is doing well, the sp should increase.  And yet at oil trading at $85+ we still drop. We should be linked to the price of oil somewhat but the dynamics are fudged imho.
