Every deal is unique. The TVE delta deal was a one of a kind that ties in to their existing assets. It would be impossible to walk away from a deal like that. It will bring enormous long term shareholder value. Totally different than WCP adding XTO for example. That's just dealmaking for the sake of dealmaking. The tenor of your post imples some sort of inconsistency, but doesn't actually say what is inconsistent, so I'm not sure how to reply.
