I can find no details but would imagine that this will take a fair bit of oil out of the global supply chain. Does anybody know how much. By the looks of that fire and the story would lead me to believe that this refinery will be out of commision for quite some time.

I would think you have that backwards, imput to a refinery is Oil this is less demand for Oil a few hundred thousand barrels a day? What were they making diesel and gas? Now that will go up
