Sanctions Are Good

European Parliament called on the EU countries as soon as possible to take a 10th package of sanctions against Russia and to ban the remaining companies in Europe, including Lukoil and Rosatom, as well as refuse not only to import oil and gas, but also uranium from Russia. This was stated in a resolution adopted Thursday at a special session of the European Parliament, timed to coincide with the EU-Ukraine summit in Kyiv on February 3.

The European Parliament calls on EU countries to adopt the 10th package of sanctions against Russia as soon as possible and actively make proposals for new sanctions against new sectors and individuals, the document said.

The sanctions list should be expanded to include Russian companies still present in the European market, such as Lukoil and Rosatom. The European Parliament also calls for a complete and immediate embargo on imports from Russia of fossil fuels, including oil and uranium.

Europe can sanction any and all Rusian products. That just leaves more cheap product for China and India to purchase - you know, the two most populated countries on the planet. And if you don't believe that's happening, you are very naive. Do you think either of those countries give a rodent's rectum of what the USA (the greatest country in the world don't cha know!) thinks? mugs
