BTE management well or not ?

TE Management surely needs lots of explanation to go to BTE shareholders !!!  Eric Nuttall's advocate for BTE might be risky judgement for him...   Who knows...perhaps Nine Point is below this Halper Sadeh's investigation on BTE as it is the major shareholder...   If BTE Management made this acquisition call without checking out with the major shareholder, that is poor management.....

The dividend annoucement is a move to soften out the negative sentiments to the acquisition sort of saying they had not given up the strategy of using FCF to do share buyback and divident which they promised all along.... But the dividend of 0.09$ per year is really peanuts !

Lol yes, the diffident is chump change, worthless if we see a 40% decline and share price. We are going to see a significant selloff, plain and simple.

The Nutt's fund can vote against the deal if he wishes.
