Financing information for Ranger

I don't see any information on how they are going to finance the cash payout to Ranger shareholders.  By my calculations they will need about $344 million Canadian.  19 million shares x 13.31 US x 1.36 exchange rate.  Has any read how they are financing this, loan or issuing more shares?  Thanks.

Maybe they will use all the FCF earned in Q1 and Q2, or maybe put it all towards the debt level. I wonder what ranger is going to do with their Q1 and Q2 FCF? I am only assuming Baytex has halted the share buybacks, so that money should be in the bank for this merger.

They didn't mention the interest rates but have financing with 3 Canadian banks set up.  They also intend to refinance the Ranger debt at better rates. Most info people are assuming or asking about is all available in the NR and the presentation for the merger.
