Greager has destroyed this company for years to come , if Biden gets his way and they crash oil prices , bte can't handle the debt overhang and the shorts will rerun the devaluation seen back in 2017-20 . If the deal was so good or this was a smart move the market wouldn't be crushing the price . I can see this going back to $3.00 , maybe lower since any pay off is half a decade away .

BTE is not saleable... in aquisition purgatory and if deal goes through no one wants the debt.
