Wow it's pretty fast, with Ranger Oil, over 400M$ per quarter already starting in Q3 2023, base on BMO deck.

Red, Does BMO Capital Markets note the Oil price to achieve $ 400 M per quarter debt reduction? This forecast has them at their debt target in 2024.

Hi Kingandbay ! No idea, probably the 100$ mark ! If you compare BMO Deck vs Strip price... BMO Deck 4Q23 : LT debt 1,655 B$. Strip price  4Q23 : LT debt 2,028 B$. At BMO Deck price it's a LT Debt free just after 3Q 2024 !!! So much potential here without considering the saving with the merge with Ranger and the increase of new wells.

Yes  once debt target of $ 1.5 B is reached, the intension is to increase direct shareholder returns to 75% of FCF.  BMO Forecast debt target would be reached 1 st Qtr 2024 Strip Forecast target would be reached 2nd Qtr 2024
