The rally begins in oil stocks.

It began Friday and will amaze. All the producers are over sold and stochastic Buy ratings abound. Insider reports have shown accumulation is strong and Short Interest looks like a squeeze is imminent. RBC has just rated BTE as outperform and gives it a near term target of $9.00.
