Rather see share price appreciation then a small divi!! Undervalued!!

Buybacks tend to create more interest and momentum than a dividend that most of us wouldn't notice.  jmho.

TOU paid out 14% last year thank you I would never buy this for a div when i can get numbers like that over at TOU.

And if it was me i would pay down debt if WTI was at 75. If WTI was at 90 I would up capex and hedge it all.
