Tropical Depression

There's a tropical depression off of the Yucatan Penninsula that is not spinninc yet but the National Hurrucane centre gives a 40% chance of becoming a tropical storm. In the very warm waters of the GOM it may strengthen into a hurricane. Something to keep an eye on. GOM oil producers no doubt are: https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=2
