Lmao CountryBoy69, nope, not in Texas anyway. I learned how to make that brisket btw. Done right it's so tender, chewy and very tasty. The trick is to turn the very tasty but tough collagen into tender gelatin by slow smoking it over low heat. Takes a long time.  Yeah, I hope that the US goes right, the next election.
