Exactly right CountryBoy69! Brisket is difficult to get right. But so worth the effort. Give me Texas style smoked beef brisket, potato salad with carrots, onions, celery, dill and garlic and an ice cold beer and I'm good!  They gotta uncomplicate this energy mix going forward.
