Juniper is locked in on a 30/60/90 basis. They can sell Late September Late December Late March 1/3 of their holdings at a time. I think the original transaction closed on the 24th of June?

Do you have a link for that? I thought they couldn't sell until later this month?

Jupiter can't sell any shares until 3 months after closing. They can sell 1/3 of their shares 3 months after closing, the next 1/3 6 months after closing and the final 1/3 9 months after closing. The first 1/3 can be sold at the end of September.

Not possible that it's Juniper since the shares are still locked. Provide a link please.

Go to canadianinsider.com they sold 17 million privately looks like Bte bought back 4.5 million thru august. Given it was a private sale perhaps that's allowed at anytime as opposed to selling in the market

Juniper shifted shares from the holding company into their fund. Nothing nefarious going on.

Baytex could always pick up Juniper's shares in an SIB (substantial issuers bid) over and above the NCIB in the large blocks that Juniper is looking to unload, providing that is their plan..??

Agreed, I myself favor a SIB over the NCIB when the share price is this low.. take a big chunk out instead of having to buy at higher prices as the stock responds to better and better quarters.. of course that's IF they can get someone to unload said block..?

Looking directly on the SEDI site ... it appears to me that Juniper shifted shares from the holding company JSTX Holdings, LLC into their fund Juniper Capital III GP, LP. It looks like the fund filing was a misprint in number of shares by a decimal and should have matched the number coming out of the holding company.
