I don’t like this
When oil is going up, but oil stocks red or flat. This is not a good sign,

WTI is almost $90 and oil stocks are traded like WTI is $70 to$75. Either there will be a jump on oil stocks or a correction in oil price. Current situation can't last long.

I say oil will stay in the eighties plus just 3 weeks left in a great quarter the stock price will continue to climb .

The point is that oil can't go up every day at some point it will flatten or go lower, since oil stocks are not moving up enough in line with oil price, so will oil stocks hold at least flat or go down not more than 2% if oil drops back to $82?

You keep posting this stuff every day. Bottom line here is that there is a risk oil drops and the sp will drop. Maybe invest in something that allows you not to worry on a daily basis like a gic?

Np mate. You can post all you want except that ALL your posts are "what if?" negative scenarios. So either you are trying to create FUD or investing in oil really isn't for you. And getting "3 likes" on post with no factual information is also suspicious?

I prefer too a steady $80+ than going to $100+ and drops back fast.

The bottom line is this will go up and down but as long as it goes up more than it goes down , you win :)

Shubham Gargs view was he would sell when oil hit $95-120 a barrel and company hit 8x free cash flow in value

What does 8x free cash flow mean exactly. I watched a few of his videos and he uses that metric alot. I googled it and asked a few people and got different answers. One answer was that EV is 8 times fcf. Another was Total Assets is 8 times fcf. And another was book value is 8 times more than fcf. The last two don't include market cap.

Market cap plus debt is EV (enterprise value) afaik.

Yes. In fact, regardless of daily and weekly fluctuations, as long as WTI averages $80+ in Q3 (which now seems likely), Q3 results are bound to be spectacular. The market will notice this, and the stock price will jump, as it did last quarter.
