on the way folks, the market is tanking on the jobs#'s including oil

Duster, people are probably selling off equities to pay down principal as they renew mortgages so as not to get hit with 2x, 3x increases in mortgage payments when they renew. That's what a friend of mine did. Said f it, sell everything. Pay down mortgage with it. I wonder what kind of outflows the markets are seeing right now. Gotta factor that into your sp prediction models as well.

Yes that most certainly is a possibility. Many mortgage holders and renter's have depleted all their saving's and many now have turned to their credit cards to try and get by. Another year or so with high interest rates and high inflation and we might be on track for an epic crash.  The funny thing is how many people refuse to change their lifestylye believing that they are deserving  ...more
