Panama Canal Bottleneck
The traffic jam has forced ships to endure dayslong wait times and is caused by prolonged drought conditions that have resulted in historically low water levels in the canal.....Up to 50% cutbacks on through traffic....(until Feb)...This effects Gulf Oil and LNG to Asia..

Bring on some global warming. A year from now the TMX pipeline will be fully operational and the LNG Canada plant should be almost ready to start shipping from the B.C. coast directly to Asia. No Panama Canel required. Perhaps WCS will start shipping at a premium to WTI when it gets a reputation for on time deliveries.
