Nuttall using $80.00 to value his holdings

Very surprised he has not tempered his view more.  He can see what is happening, his narrative is full of warning signs, still trying to spin it positively.  He knows the globe has an over supply problem, that is why Saudi production will now be only slightly above it's Covid19 lows.  The forward crude curve is saying $80 is too high for valuing these companies and their FCF.

M24 - $76.42 (June 2024 futures price)
M25 - $71.60
M26 - $67.90
M27 - $66.03

It would be far more genuine if his bull thesis was based on the forward strip of $70.48!

Hey Coby! Nothing personal but, try and learn how to spell and then maybe somebody "might" take you seriously ( truly, at work, no capitals for common nouns). I own about 200 different stocks in total in 3 accounts. If oil drops, it drops, but I don't pretend I can see it coming.  If I did, I wouldn't need to waste any time reading posts on stockhouse.

One hour later and the whole CL complex is under pressure.  This is not just the front of the curve getting punished anymore.  This is a real move! M24 - $75.09 (June 2024 futures price) M25 - $70.75 M26 - $67.35 M27 - $65.05 The forward curve is now $69.50.  Front month gyrations can often be algos and noise.  Only real players are going 3 and 4 years out.
