AWFUL: TMX Under SEVERE THREAT Of DELAY & COSTLY BLOWOUT ?
- WATER INFILTRATION could DESTROY EXISTING pipeline BOREHOLE and REQUIRE NEW HORIZONTAL DRILLING PATH and TWO YEAR DELAY
- if the pipeline BOREHOLE is FLOODED than TMX and the COMPRESSED WTI/WCS price differentials are TOAST for TWO YEARS as new a REGULATORY VECTOR PATH is PERMITTED and BORED THROUGH
- this is TERRIBLE news IF the TMX BC pipeline borehole is COMPROMISED ?

There is no way the regulators will let that happen. There will be a solution and it won't be a two year delay. Just politics at this point.

This is from the end of the article Given the new information provided by Trans Mountain, the CER will likely approve its request, Stifel analyst Michael Dunn said in a note.

I would not doubt this for a second. For the liberals it must be a pretty bad look to add that much more production, how would they justify this. So easy solution would be to delay this project until the next election is over. They will spend somewhere between 30 -40 BILLION on this thing and may never use it. And to think that there are still people out there that would vote these guys
