Buyback numbers

BTE  had July 27th 2023= 862,192,483  shares  and  today  =821,680,619 shares,  this is over 40 millions shares buyback. Not bad  and at $4 +or-  this is a good timming for BTE  and they can buyback more and more at those cheapy prices.

Yea at this levels they should be good and take this opportunity to save money and buy more , this is the only way now they can help , I'm not sure if they buy stock from juniper it's considering in the 2% tax , hope they get some kind of deal with them down the road .

With the Ranger deal, Baytex offer shares at 4,12$ US X 1,34 = 5.52$ CDN per share. Right now they are able to buyback at 4,25$ CDN or so. IT'S A 30% DISCOUNT ! So the Ranger deal now cost less, roughly 185 to 200M$ less. Major reason why Juniper don't sell their shares !!! Only my O !

Anyway, the buyback  should make something  good and when Juniper will get out of BTE, we should pop up as we did before, from  $2, $3, $4, $5, to $9.  BTE still has  around 27 millions share to buyback until June 28th 2024.
