to a ceasefire deal. oil will come crashing down soon.

Every day , I am buying   100 shares at low price as possible, yesterday  $3.98, today at $4.06 . I have still 1600 shares to buy to get my 130K.

Yea it's smart way, I  do many stock this way , sometimes there is more down so you still have cash  when fear take over others
