How come shares are still 845 million but someone said is now 822 million?

It was 845 at sept 30th then you need to look how many shares on the tab of insiders above they bought oct nov and dec , when you look at present share outstanding they look at the quarterly report from their results shares bought after will be in outstanding after they issue q4 but you can find out by reduce on monthly basis . I think I understand this way
