$165,000,000 additional debt ...$409,000,000 swap 8.5% debt for 7.4% ....that's good but adding 165 million is not good in this environment .....

Thx frank pretty sure everyone here knew about it I'm not sure what your point is this is nothing new to investors.

Hi Frank, Baytex didn't add any additional debt. They added more term debt at lower rates and deleted a mix of term and LOC debt at higher rates. The amoun of debt isn't changing, just the rate. I'm anticipating it will save Baytex 9-10M per year pre tax. It was a very smart move.
