If this is the case by Juniper dumping, just all right and good riddance.

CNBC definitely reporting that transaction volume after hours Friday.

I'm Thinking That 560 Million Was Our Share Count Before We Bought Ranger And CNBC Was To Lazy To Update Our Share Count,I Know We're All Looking Forward To Getting Rid Of The Juniper Overhang, It Will Happen Just Not Now,In The Meantime BTE Just Keeps Knocking Off Shares, VERY BULLISH

The after hours volume reported for Friday has changed since yesterday. Calls into question their entire platform and how they report numbers on any given day. Unreliable platform.

Definitely good news and now Baytex can purchase Juniper shares via the NCIB. Need verification care of a Juniper filing and/or NASDAQ site update on Monday but this looks legit.

or could be Eric N personaly sold out with ninepoint because they were not recorded like insiders so they can sell anytime. Juniper is not in the same position because Juniper is an insider and they did to get the OK from the authorities.

Ninepoint has about 30,000,000 fewer shares than that after hours volume. You make no sense.

So, we should know something about that in the next days or weeks.

Dandu, insiders have no obligation to ask permission from anyone to buy or sell. Insiders MUST report transactions once executed.

As of April 30th, Morningstar shows that the Ninepoint Energy Fund has sold off another 2M shares going from 40M to 38M. It does not show anything for Juniper. Might have to wait a few weeks for an update at the end of May. https://www.morningstar.com/stocks/xnys/bte/ownership The TSX is closed Monday for the holiday. New York will be open for some BTE trading.

The 40M number shown for Ninepoint is at the end of last year, Dec 31, 2023. The 38M number is more recent, April 30, 2024.
