What happened in the past 2 years?

1. SP down 37%

2. Debt increased to 2.6B$

3. Share buybacks but not aggressive. 

4. Dividend of pennies has not changed. As per CEO, will not consider a special dividend. 

5. Last quater lost 14M$.
