If the Ranger deal was so bad and the company was in better shape prior as many resident experts here like to espouse, why has institutional onwnership steadily ratcheted up since and continues to go higher?

No idea heavybanana. All that I know for sure is that pre-Ranger Nuttall was predicting $12 bte and the stock was pushing $9 per share. I guess that you know what sp represents. Shareholder's equity or claims on total assets after liabilities have been paid off plus premium for future asset growth. The sp is half of what it was pre-Ranger and this after reducing the outstanding shares, no less ...more

Kelvin, Come on man. When BTE stock was around $9 the price of WTI was around $120. You are clearly short which is ok but you are soft bashing pretending you are not. Why not just come out and declare you are short and then everyone will clearly understand your posts. I AM LONG
