ESG Hypocrites

ESG investors have been quick to jump on and criticize anything to do with responsible O&G production but where are they now that TD Bank has gotten caught laundering the proceeds of fentanyl trafficking.  Drugs are a serious social problem that has lead to urban decay in all Canadian cities and the ESG funds and investors holding TD stock are quiet.   They have nothing to say about it.  Loud against responsible O&G production that creates jobs to build things but quiet on drug money laundering.  That's today's ESG!  Shameful.  Shameful.  Shameful.  Next time an ESG investment fund has something disparaging to say about O&G,  remind them of TD's blood money circulating in the Canadian economy.

Lop the head off that company, TD. He loves his annual bonuses but takes no heat for the problem. His way to combat the issue is to cut staff, hiring freeze, pay shite wages and overload the salaried employees
