BTE could be a target for M&A as the energy sector consolidates plus with oil heading back towards $80 this summer will see crude trading at a premium for a lot of reasons so hold onto your share! or as I do, buy on pullback$ !

If this the case about a target, this is explain why the share price  is flat or down, some big sharks buyers want to keep the share price low as possible before to make an offer?
