Why keep Llloydminster?

I've posted this in the past. Now that lloydminster is no longer a core asset, why not put it up for sale and use to proceeds to attain their 1.5B target? Stock will surge!

The BTE management wont do that because they are on the buyback mode and they dont want to push up the share price, this is an example ot the conflict of interest.

But it's not a core asset anymore! Baytex is now primarily an eagleford/durvernay play! Investors are tired of this never ending promise to deliver value. Sell a non core asset (more meaningful than the last one to wcp), reduce debt drastically and deliver value back to the shareholders because most are just fed up now.  The issue I see here is that Baytex is trying to attract big ...more

READ MY ORIGINAL POST! I'm asking the group for this very opinion and if Lloydminster has value given that it ia not a core asset any longer. If it has value in the open market, then management should consider selling it and reducing debt.
