the pullback is always down to compare with the last pullback. I mean  from $5.20  every time the pullback is get lower ex:  5.20  to $4.55  , $4.75 to  $4.40,  and now   to $3.91  and back to $4.17 ex  and the next one should going down to ??? ex: $4.20  to $3.75  etc  .....over and over again until what??? we call that down ...more

Yeah something is seriously wrong with the IEA dataset on which they base their projections and/or their methodology in interpreting the dataset to arrive at reliable projections. One would think that with Venezuela not coming online anytime soon and the declining US petrodollar thar oil prices should be over $90 wti by now. Demand growth must be softening more than expected.
