Opec in-fighting
1 million barrels per day coming online in december. will the saudis flood the market if other opec countries do not cut back on production. it could get ugly folks.

Many opec members need 90$ Brent to balance budget , I think nobody is stupid enough to overproduce and get Brent at 60$ it's 30$ under budget , I think they will start to less cocky , they all want to produce more went oil at 90$ but at 60$ they start to cry .
