Lift sanctions against Russia??. What sanctions are you referring too??. The ones slow Joe lifted day one one, Trump’s sanctions on Nordstream two?. Leading to the current war?

its not my article but I am guessing they mean the $60 cap sanction? On 3 December 2022, this price cap has been set at US$60 per barrel. G-7-based finance companies would only be allowed to provide transport and other services to Russian-based crude under these conditions.
