Hold long term to daytrading

Day trading  or long term hold in these days I personally think there both ways to trade! Old school thoughts and way share prices not making sense for example oil play! With all this bad stuff happening you would think oil be at $100 wti but it's the opposite ! And not just oil! Stock market isn't like old Day far from it! Another example is crypto! Pulled out of thin air and now look at it!

Can not wrap my head around trading crypto ....so I stay well away ...not sure how the algos move it ...hard to read ...oil easy to read the manipulation ....
