If we had any kind of leadership here we would be putting matching fees on our natural resource products leaving this country. No more cheap oil, gas, logs/lumber, water, potash, coal, etc!  In fact really no more raw products traded period. Only sold in the form of finished products ie. fuel /fuel oil, lubricants.
