If the big orange deluded Loser actually thinks he has the power to tell American shale oil to Drill Baby Drill, it would hypothetically benefit Baytex immensely as they should therefore invest in Capex and squeeze whatever shale oil may be left , however Trumps a Blowhard and rarely does what he threatens and despite what he thinks, he doesn't control the business plans of oil companies
