Felt something was wrong with that merger, sold about 80% of my SBB  position pre-merger at between $1.95 and $ 2.25 which was already low vs previous SBB trading levels of $3.50. Voted NO for this deal. On my remaining small position I am obviously like anyone else deep in the RED, so need to av. down substantially. Hoping BTO stock price will collpase below $4.00, add a few and wait for
