BTO is dead money for years now because of dilution and risky jurisdictions...

Sea is stormy for you? grab a life jacket and stay in for now; at least it is better than the cold water. of course u do u. As for me, I'll take the risk and I'm hoping to see my best sell here at $8.5 - Just me.
