Jumped .22 cents in a matter of seconds twenty minutes into the day. Any details?

I got in in low 4's but didnt think it would move this fast. Construction still ongoing.

I added 50k shares. Construction is complete. Big news at doorsteps... Product deliveries im Feb 2021. Awaiting official PR from burcon on status updates and plans for expansion.
