IMO-Change needed at management and board level

This space is exploding with interest and there is no reason why BU cannot release information on recent and coming events.  

This board need to look at itself and consider the following:

-Hire a high powered, experienced executive team to take the company to the next level.  Ones who are capable of negotiating and driving business forward with large companys such as Bunge, Nestle.  

-Look to improve competence at board level...where necessary remove and replace with more experienced business people.

-Timely release of relevant data to shareholders.   There has to be so much going on behind the scenes time at Merit/Bunge/BU partnership....need to release this information.


-Immediate relisting on NASDAQ.

Tergessen is out of his depth and seems to have no idea about IR or contemporary communication media.

Poor guy probably doesnt even own a cellphone or even know how to use one. Someone needs to advise him or takeover.

And to be honest, I do think there will be a takeover, merger, or a buyout. Tergesan is getting old and I dont think there is anyone to take over his role. Potential companies that may buyout BU are BUNGE, Merit Foods? Can you think or name any other potential companies?

Hope someone from Burcon here is reading sentiments of investors. All investors Need to write them email. Unfortunately investors of BU are deep asleep as well. They will wake up when get back to 3 cad. Dont expect huge raise in SP after the next PR. Usually such delayed PRs have zero to minimum impact on SP.

I have tried emailing them, I got no response. Maybe it would be worthwhile to try and email Merit?

Pointless a private comapny they need not explain anything!!  BU is quite another story and obligated to divulge info.
