I Completely agree, The giants need innovation and they let the little guys do the heavy lifting and once ready, Nestle could make its move.

We cannot discount the connection between Li Ka-Shing and Lorne Tyrrell (Burcon's Chairman) and the fact that Li Ka-Shing had just made an 11 million investment in Nourish Ingredients.

It is exactly that an Investment in the new femented proteins.  So when the price is higher they can sell the bread crumbs  to the retail investers.
