another NASDAQ delisting as the stock rapidly approaches 1 usd. Not sure if that would be a first but two Nasdaq delisting in 3 years is not something to brag about. Time for Yiu Lun Chan who owns more that 20% of the shares to do something and get rid of management.

The CEO and board have shown bad judgement , inability to communicate to the market and it is not one invetor selling> I have been in this copany for 7 years. Nothing but promises and bad JVs Maybe a Tergesen is a good scientist but awful businessman supported by a incompedent board. IMO
