nice posting from ceo.ca

@TheRevenant2016 LAVER....you invest in the trend. the consumer trend-and the one to plant based/protein/meat substitute is a mega trend right now-firmly established-and still in its infancy but a drastic near seismic consumer shift is taking place from meat to plant based protein... and if Burcon was a PURE US listed company trading SOLEY on the NYSE or NASDAQ exchanges and a pure US story? and not a Canadian listed company and \HQ'd here? no doubt in my mind that BU would be at $16USD currently vs $1.60. They just completed their Winnipeg plant not long ago...which I have had an onsite visit as I live in Wpg and are coming out of many years in R&D-give it some time therefore and give it a rest. Know what you own and why you own it. And don't blame the stock itself...it dosen't know who owns it or that some seem to know the price of everything-but can't pontificate to the value of anything...that would include you IMO. So...Carry on. Me? I will add when I can here on weakness-as long as it stays below $2.0 or even better yet the sub $1.50 levels suit me even better .

And Tergesen is responsible for the PR part of the equation!!! He has no credibility in this space and it is unbelievable that he has been rewarded with a huge salary and stock options. Oh well .... I have been a shareholder for nearly 15 years (I think, have lost count) and Tergesen overpromises and underdelivers consistently. That being said, he DID get us involved with Merit which led to Bunge ...more
